How can I submit art files for custom apparel orders?To submit art files for custom apparel orders, please e-mail them to triplecrownusainc@gmail.com. No additional art charges will apply if you can provide vector images (pdf, eps, etc.) If you do not have the vector files then we can accept other formats that you may have and we'd be happy to tell you what the art fees will be to turn your files into usable art for production.

Custom Art Fees?We can quote you on custom art projects. It is best if you have a good idea of what you're looking for to put us on the right track. This can be as simple as explaining to us an idea or maybe an older logo that you just need retouched or brought to life. When we work on custom art it will come with 3 free revisions. When we get past the 3 revisions then additional art fees will apply.

What is the production time?Once we have art approval, production time can vary depending on the season. We would let you know at the time you contact us an accurate time frame. Depending on the job type or job size it can be as few as 1 week to 10 days or it can be 3-4 weeks on larger projects.
